Proposed early-evaluation terms · 30 August 2026
1. Availability and agreement
These proposed terms are issued by Bradley Pearce trading as SiteSight, whose business and service address is 33 Lower Street, Salhouse, Norwich, NR13 6RH, United Kingdom. Registering interest does not guarantee an evaluation or create a contract. If SiteSight offers access, the participating business, approved users, start date, workspace limits and any additional conditions will be confirmed in writing before activation.
2. Evaluation period
The evaluation lasts for 30 calendar days from the confirmed activation date unless ended earlier. Any extension must be agreed in writing. The workspace is intended to let relevant people assess setup, permissions and workflows—not to provide a free operational deployment for a live construction Site.
3. Data permitted during early evaluation
Unless SiteSight expressly confirms in writing that the production data safeguards are ready, participants must use fictional or non-sensitive sample information only. Do not upload live employee, payroll, customer, supplier, drawing, photograph, location or confidential commercial information.
4. Accounts and responsibility
The participating business is responsible for choosing authorised users, keeping sign-in details secure and ensuring its users follow these terms. Access must not be shared outside the approved evaluation team.
5. Acceptable use
Participants must not attempt unauthorised access, probe or bypass security, introduce malicious code, copy or resell the software, disrupt other users, or use the workspace unlawfully. SiteSight may suspend access where necessary to protect the product, data or other users.
6. No automatic charge or conversion
No subscription starts automatically, no payment method is required for the evaluation and no fee will be collected without an expressly agreed commercial order. Published or discussed future prices do not create a purchase obligation.
7. End of evaluation
At expiry, the workspace is intended to become read-only for 14 days so the participant can review the outcome and request an available export. It will then be scheduled for deletion unless a paid subscription and production onboarding arrangement are agreed. The final deletion and backup-expiry dates will be stated in the written evaluation confirmation and must match the tested backend process.
8. Feedback
Participants may provide voluntary feedback. SiteSight may use that feedback to improve the product without identifying the participant publicly. A company name, quotation, testimonial or measured result will be published only with separate permission.
9. Early-stage service
Evaluation features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. The workspace must not be treated as the sole record for Site operations, payroll, payments, safety, quality or contractual decisions. Any production service will be governed by separate subscription, support and data-processing terms.
10. Ending access
Either side may end the evaluation by written notice. SiteSight may end or suspend access immediately for security risk, misuse or a material breach of these terms.
11. Privacy and law
The privacy notice explains current website and enquiry handling. These evaluation terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
12. Contact
Questions or evaluation-interest requests can be sent to hello@sitesightapp.co.uk or by post to 33 Lower Street, Salhouse, Norwich, NR13 6RH, United Kingdom.
